Dan,

can I have your permission to post this on my homepage? let me know.

anyway, it's been a pretty crappy year for me and movies, hardly saw
anything. We saw Man on the Moon on Thursday. I thought it was funny,
not a great movie, but definately worth seeing.

Saw Being John Malcovich and loved it.

Didn't see Fight Club and had no desire to.

I liked Election but I'm suprised at how much you liked it, and the new
Keanu Reaves.

I also liked Go but for me it was more Taye Diggs and Jay Mohr that did
it.

Haven't seen Toy Story, unfortunately.

Haven't seen either Felicia's Journey or End of the Affair. I'm very
interested, I just lack to time or the will to drive downtown. Ditto
Boys Don't Cry and Tumbleweeds.

American Beauty would be near the top of my list, but I haven't seen a
whole lot this year.

Missed Office Space

Matrix, ABSOLUTEY NO DESIRE

You know how I feel about the Blair Witch.

I had read some stuff about War Zone. I'm still a Tim Roth fan even if
he no longer wants to do "violent" movies.

Topsy Turvy, not playing in Laurel.

missed The Iron Giant and Three Kings. Oh and also Mr. Ripley, but
Hoffman would be my only reason for seeing it and his role is not that
big, is it? Should I see it anyway? Is Flawless out yet?

I was looking forward to seeing The Limey, but not enough to drive into
the city.

Loved Austin Powers.

My Best Friend. At first I read, "Whitey Herzog???"

I'm very dissapointed in your review of Magnolia, but I won't let that
stop me. I like PT Anderson.

Sweet and Low Down....Tammy hates Woody Allen....so well you know.

Eyes Wide Shut was okay, I thought.

missed Bowfinger and Dick....oh well.

Also missed Sleepy Hollow....not missing any sleep.

Saw American Pie, it was cute.

I like the Sixth Sense, again, due to my lack of exposure this film
would be much higher up on my list.

Didn't know American Hollow qualified, I love that shit.

Buean Vista Social club, seen it on video, enjoyable.

The Winslow Boy, Mammet right? missed it.

I thought I'd seen all the baseball movies but somehow I missed The
Larry Sheets Story...was that Levinson?

Anywhere But Here, no desire but Portman's a babe and I must admit
Sarandon still does it for me as well.

Life, ??? as in Murphy and Martin? you saw this?

too bad about Bringing Out the Dead. I missed it, but my dad walked out
on it, he'd never done that before.

Phantom Menace and Summer of Sam. I liked them both. I won't defend
Lucas, but why are you so hard on Spike Lee? just curious.

Any Given Sunday, no desire.

what else is there to see...

I'm looking forward to Hurricane, Green Mile, Cradle Will Rock (if for
nothing else, Bill Murray and Tenacious D), Magnola, Ride With the
Devil, that other movie with Toby Maguire and a hot chick - Cedar House
Rules. there are probably a few others that I'm forgeting, but who am I
kidding anyway, I probably won't see any of these anyway.

I loved your list, thanks a lot.

talk to you soon
