I shaved.
I can't remember the last time I didn't have a beard. Was it two years ago? Three?
UPDATE: I checked my records. I think I was beardless for a few days in September, 2003. 3 and a half years ago!!!

No way! I hope I recognize you when I see you. Without a beard, you look both younger and more mature. I'm not sure how that works.
