watching expired appliances align

It's been more than a month since I returned from points west. I'm still in the process of posting photos from Baseball Trip 2005. The most recent batch features the stories and images from day seven of the trip. This part of the trip finds the group in San Diego for brunch and in LA for a nighttime Dodgers game.

Also note that Youthlarge has started her tales from the trip:
Day 1 - "It would fufill my bacon quota for the day, it was relatively small and the idea of two onion rings nestled between the charbroiled patty and sesame seed bun was too ingenius to pass up."
and
Day 2 - "We all opted for the Hickory with cheese, except for Balgavy who has an aversion to cheese that is not found on pizza.."

i'm slowly getting back into writing about tv on www.recordingtelevision.com. there's nothing revolutionary there, but i do chime in with a sentence or two about the new fall shows i've watched.

phil - thank you for the tip about the josh schwartz interview with bill simmons.

it doesn't contain any real spoilers for tonight's episode or the season and it's a fantastic, long read. i've never seen a tv series creator come across so clearly as a "regular guy."

bill asks josh about the possibilities of creating a spin off series. schwartz responds:

We wanted to do a spin-off where Ryan gets thrown into jail and Seth gets himself thrown into the same jail to bail him out. We were going to call it "The O.Z."

I got home from CRINGE a few hours ago. While in front of everyone, I finally had the nerve to pull my voice recorder onto the podium and record myself reading from a love letter I wrote in 9th grade. And I'm now sharing the whole, sad story here. It's time to download the podcast and laugh at my adolescence.
