watching expired appliances align

last night we landed at LAX. dan, jamie, sujan and i took a flight from JFK. we got in too late to grab a late dinner at in 'n out burger (and we didn't see one on the way to dave and jen's place), but that was okay. we had lunch today at the apple pan. burgers are good and are quickly becoming the focus of the trip.

of course, the revelation today (prodded by handwashing's purchase) was a cup of dippin' dots (the ice cream of the future). i'd never had them before. they are fantastic. i'm going to have them at every game!

tomorrow - hiking! i am so all about LA.
