grumbling

i'm now using Mac OS X at work and i hate it. why do people try to make okay things better in all the wrong ways?

you will come to love it. it's fab. I want to make a sandwich with it, it's the best thing since...

yeah, you're nuts. get back to me when you realize it's been 4 months since your computer last crashed.

aw, marc e., don't worry i hated it too at first. then you realize what jamie just wrote and then you hug your computer.

sure, fine, fix the no crashing thing - that's great. but don't start putting stuff on the left that used to be on the right. and don't give me all these "readable" font fixes. and that little taskbar thing at the bottom isn't my cup of tea. and i'm using an emac. the keyboard is ridiculous. it's got these little rubber feet on the bottom which keep it from sliding around! am i the only person in the world who likes to change the position of the keyboard every 30 minutes? i'll have more complaints as the day goes on, i'm sure.

i never realized you were so ergonomically correct.

i think i'm developing carpal tunnel today, sadly, it's the result of doing things other than my actual work... but i just wanted to say you can change alot of stuff on osx, like where you want the task bar and how you want the logos to be. it gets better.
