plots out of control

i no longer write about THE OC after every episode. a few weeks ago i became less enthused with the show. i can't explain why, but i think the thrill of the witty dialogue faded. i'm almost ready to blame the dialogue...does anyone else agree that it's not as snappy as it used to be? was it all in my head before?

sandy keeping secrets from kiki? i hope the next episode has her reminding him of that woman in his law office from last year.

caleb's heart attack seems like an unnecessary plot device. and why is juju off seeing spas around the world? shouldn't someone have phoned her? maybe she's in portland...

Did it ever have it?? I am no teen hater but I never got that show....

Mary loves that Jenny Garth sitcom, and I have to admit its watchable!!!!

that's the argument dan keeps bringing up. he'll disagree with me on this point too, but the show has become way too self-aware. he thinks it's always been like that (which i agree to some degree), but it's completely out of control now. jenny garth has a new show?

The O.C. sucks. Anyone who tries to argue against that is severely deluding him/herself. See the light, and realize that even though this show may have once been entertaining, witty, intriguing, and/or guilty-pleasurish in some way, if you are still watching it then you might as well be a housewife in curlers and a bathrobe tuning in to the latest Days of Our Lives. Move on.

What I Like about You with Jennie Garth and Amanda Bynes! It rules. I'm only sad that Grounded for Life is now gone-- they made a good Friday evening combo.

As for the OC, no matter how bad it gets, I'll probably keep watching it. And btw, Sandy is keeping the ex-girlfriend a secret b/c he's harboring a fugitive and doesn't want Kiki to be an accessory if he gets caught. Yeah. And in response to Jim's comment--yes, I usually wear my bathrobe until about 1 pm every day.

Now the Gilmore Girls... they're on fire this year!

Gilmore Girls is in the midst of the best SEASON EVER!!!!!!!!!! BUT if Loreli and Luke break up I am going to be PISSED. Don't the writers know thats whats making this year great!!!!! we dont want to see them break up. FUCK CHRIS THAT STORY LINE IS SO PLAYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i didn't know you were a GG fan, hard working larry!!! this season has been so great, esp. since last season was kind of a dud. more luke and lorelei and kirk and miss patti and babette and lulu and lane and the band and LESS RORY! i am so sick of her and her dumb father. why don't they just bring back dumb jess while they're at it. maybe they can spin off into their own new series. i'd probably still watch it anyway. my friend beth thinks rory looks like a fetus harlet or something like that and she's right! i can't wait until next week. when will lorelei learn and be kind and honest to lukey-luke? the man built him a skating rink, for chrissakes!

I have been pro gilmore now for like 4 seasons!!!! I agree about Rory's father, HE IS BORING AND ANNOYING. Rory I still like BUT, more college stuff LESS family stuff!!!!!!! The Rory storylines are great when they involve Yale, Paris, journalism etc NOT her grandparents!!!!! And while we are on to them LESS GRANDPARENTS!!!!!! I agree with Loreli, me and her mom are done. Their behavior this episode should have them shipped off to Al Queda!!!! I almost cried for Luke when they insulted his suit!!!!!
